Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order in 1 business day, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to arrive.

Our deliveries are made via a pallet delivery network and can take place any time between 9am and 5pm. We will contact you by telephone upon receiving your order to confirm a convenient day for delivery.

Please note that our deliveries are large and heavy, therefore our pallet delivery network can only deliver to curbside and are not insured to lift or carry the delivery into your home.Please make arrangements for lifting the delivery into your home on the day of delivery.

In the case of palletised deliveries you must open and check the condition of the good prior to signing for the delivery. If there is any evidence of damage to the goods you must refuse the delivery at which time we will arrange the delivery of a replacement. We cannot guarantee the replacement of refund of damaged goods once they have been signed for.

With accessory orders you must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Behind every Morsø stove is more than 158 years of stove development. Quality control is an integral part of the production process

Morsø therefore offer against their cast iron stoves:
You receive a 10 year guarantee against casting faults and other manufacturing defects in line with Morsø's warranty terms.

Morsø therefore offer against their steel stoves:
You receive a 5 year guarantee against material faults and other manufacturing defects in line with Morsø's warranty terms.

This warranty covers replacement of the parts found to be defective, but does not cover the labor or shipping charges. Morsø reserve the right to inspect any component prior to replacement. The warranty is conditional on the completion and return of the registration card within 2 weeks of purchase.

Osowarm's name must be shown on the guarantee card. Morsø Jernstøberi A/S refuse to provide replacement parts in the event that the registration card has not been completed and returned.

This limited warranty is not transferable and is extended only to, and is solely for the benefit of the original purchaser of the stove. Please retain your dated sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Exclusions and limitations:
No warranty is extended to consumable service parts. Repair or replacement of parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear during the warranty period or parts that require replacement in connection with normal maintenance. Such parts include but are not limited to baffles, firebars, grate assemblies, firebricks, glass assemblies, ash cans, and sealing materials such as sealing rope. Such parts require replacement from time to time.

Damage resulting from installation and usage other than as described in Morsø´s installation and operation instructions or if the installation does not conform to local building and fire and safety codes.

Defects or faults caused by local conditions such as draught problems and chimney defects.

Damage caused by overfiring (as described in the operation manual).

Damage caused by use of the wrong type of fuel.

Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, use or repair.

Damage made while the stove is in transit. If this is the case contact Osowarm immediately. (Do not operate the appliance as this may negate the ability to process the claim with the carrier)

Parts of products for which warranties are provided by any manufacturer other than Morsø.

Removal and re-installation cost.

Morsø stoves modified by the user or any companies other than Morsø are not guaranteed.
The stove must be installed in accordance with the official Morsø instruction manual and local building codes and fire and safety regulations.

Repaired or replaced products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

In no event shall Osowarm or Morsø Jernstøberi A/S be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, injury to persons or property, or any other consequential loss.

Should you experience problems with your stove please contact your installer in the first instance.

The guarantee does not affect your statuatory rights.


Guarantee supply of spare parts
As well as the Morsø 10-year warranty, we guarantees supply of spare parts for Morsø wood burning stoves up to 10 years after manufacture of a specific model.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
